Roos van Liere is an enthusiastic and driven lawyer. She works on all facets of personal, family and inheritance law, however more specifically inheritance law for which she had already developed an interest during her studies.
Roos obtained her Master’s degree in Civil Law at Leiden University at the beginning of 2020.
She has been working at SmeetsGijbels since 2015, first as a legal employee and since 2020 as a lawyer, as a result of which she now has extensive experience.
Roos van Liere has a listing in the Netherlands Bar register for the following principal and secondary fields of law:
- Inheritance law
A condition of her registration is that, every calendar year, she is required to obtain ten study credits for each of the main fields of law for which she is listed, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar.
