Lola Nysingh

Lola Nysingh deals with all aspects of family law and inheritance law. She is a passionate, empathetic, and proactive lawyer with a keen sense of the case and the client.

In 2024, Lola completed her master's degree in Private Law with a specialization in family law at Utrecht University. She wrote her master's thesis in family law, researching the protection of children's rights to information about their parentage in international surrogacy cases in Dutch case law in 2022 and 2023. She expanded this research in 2024, resulting in an article she wrote that was published in the journal Relatierecht & Praktijk (REP 2025/2).

During her studies, Lola gained legal work experience at a law firm and performed various side activities. She held a board position at the National Student Legal Aid Office, an organization that supports students throughout the Netherlands with educational law issues. She is currently a member of the Advisory Board. In addition, she assisted in organizing the annual UCERF symposium. Lola has been a lawyer since August 2025.
