Ron Swager is een gedreven advocaat met een brede belangstelling voor het recht. Hij benadert het recht met een analytische blik. Ron houdt zich bezig met alle facetten van het personen-, familie- en erfrecht, maar daarbinnen in het bijzonder met het erfrecht.
Mid-2022 Ron completed the Legal Research Master at Utrecht University. In this Master’s degree he conducted various research in the area of civil administration of justice, criminal law, and inheritance law. Earlier on in his student career Ron studied at the University of Cambridge (UK).
During his studies Ron worked as a (external) clerk of the court in civil cases at the District Court for the Central Netherlands. Since September 2021, Ron has worked at SmeetsGijbels as a legal assistant and as a lawyer since the end of August 2022.
Ron Swager heeft in het rechtsgebiedenregister van de Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten het volgende hoofdrechtsgebied geregistreerd:

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits in this registered main area of law each calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
