Sabine van der Spek is a lawyer who specialises in all facets of personal and family law. She is empathetic, communicates clearly, and is astute in the legal content.
In mid-2022, Sabine obtained her Master’s degree in Private Law (specialisation in Family Law) with honours. During this Master’s degree, she gained in-depth knowledge of, inter alia, the law relating to property held in common ownership, juvenile law, and international private law. Before that, she studied at the Utrecht Law College and at the University of Sydney in Australia.
During her studies, Sabine gained extensive experience in cases concerning guardianship, receivership, and mentorship as an external court clerk at the District Court for the Central Netherlands. Sabine has been a lawyer since December 2022.

A condition of her registration is that, every calendar year, she is required to obtain ten study credits for each of the main fields of law for which she is listed, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar.
